Standard shipping

  • Delivery time: 4–5 weeks

Note regarding goods shipped by freight carrier
For particularly large or bulky goods (e.g. length over 3 meters), shipping is done via freight forwarding company.
Freight costs may vary depending on the supplier and may be calculated individually.

For deliveries abroad , customs duties, taxes or other fees may apply, which are not included in the total price and must be borne by the customer.

Delivery information & requirements for smooth delivery

Delivery notification

The delivery notification you receive after completion of production is preliminary and not legally binding .
Deviations, e.g. due to traffic volume or unforeseen disruptions, do not justify any claims for complaints or damages .

Acceptance of goods

  • A person must be present on the scheduled delivery date to receive the delivery.

  • If this is not possible, please contact us in good time .

Delivery by truck (garage doors & freight forwarding goods)

  • Delivery is made using a truck combination of up to 18 meters in length .

  • The truck needs sufficient space to be unloaded with a forklift.

  • The delivery address must be fully accessible for the truck (access width, curves, posts, trees, etc.).

The driver unloads the goods at an easily accessible and safe location at the address specified in the order.

Important instructions:

  • Unloading at alternative locations (e.g. driveway, garden path, parking lot) is at the customer's own risk .

  • We accept no liability for damage caused by unsuitable unloading locations.

  • If unloading with a truck-mounted forklift is not possible, the customer must provide sufficient unloading personnel .

Delivery addresses that are inaccessible by vehicle

If your address is not suitable for a truck of this size , please contact us before placing your order to ensure optimal and safe delivery.
